INSIGHTS FOR SONG SELECTIONS ON MY KING NIMROD
Beth The Sybil’s songs are inspired by ancient existing melodies and texts from various cultural traditions around the Mediterranean. Even in these early times musical traditions impacted others, creating a marvelous and exotic interweaving of sounds. Many songs were written, performed and passed down orally by women, long before church officials silenced their voices, leaving us with an imagined male-only legacy in Western music.
